Mr. Hewitt’s experience includes the representation of businesses, government agencies, major insurance companies, and individuals. Specifically, he has experience litigating a variety of matters, including employment & labor claims, personal injury liability & casualty issues, civil rights and business non-compete issues.  Mr. Hewitt continues to advise business entities on their employment practices and has spoken on many employment issues, including discrimination, record keeping, contingent employees, overtime, and discipline practices.  From 1998 to 2001, he served as a member of the Labor and Employment Department of the large, statewide, law firm of Fowler White Gillen Boggs Villareal & Banker, P.A. From 1992 through 1996 Mr. Hewitt held a senior representative position in claims litigation with State Farm Insurance Company.
