Stephen Spaid Mr.
Spaid received his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University
College of Law in 2010, and was admitted to practice law in Florida
2010. During his time in Tallahassee, Mr. Spaid worked as a law clerk
with the Civil Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General
for the State of Florida; as an certified legal intern representing
indigent clients for the Public Interest Law Center’s Family Law
program; and served as the Chief Justice of the Student Supreme Court
for the Florida State University. Mr. Spaid also served as an executive
officer for the College of Law’s Business Review, as well as serving on
the executive board for the Dispute Resolution Society. Mr. Spaid was
recognized as one of the FSU College of Law’s top negotiators when he
and his partner placed 3rd in 2007 and 1st in 2009 during the
school-wide Negotiation competitions. Stephen was selected to represent
the FSU College of Law at the ABA: Law Student Division’s Regional
Negotiation Competition. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Spaid
received a duel Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Marketing and
Management from the Florida State University, while taking part in the
FSU Honors Program.Practice Areas:
