Effective May 20, 2010, the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance 10-08E, which requires licensure of pain management clinics in order to operate after June 15, 2010.  Applications must be received by the Consumer Protection Agency at 1101 East 139^th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33613 by June 14, 2010.

Effective May 24, 2010, the Tampa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2010-59, requiring certain pain management clinics to obtain a permit in order to maintain operation within the city.  The ordinance was effective upon signing by Mayor Iorio and your clinic should have already applied for a permit.
