Mr. Cain is a former State of Florida Prosecutor.  As a prosecutor he handled thousands of criminal cases and conducted numerous jury trials.  He worked closely with all local law enforcement agencies and learned the methods of the State Attorney’s Office.  In addition to his intense criminal exposure, Mr. Cain is also a civil trial attorney whose experience and training includes the representation of individuals, and businesses through all aspects of litigation. Also, Mr. Cain is a former Marine and fluent in Spanish.
